Mandy came by the shop in her boiled wool coat which is STUNNING, she loves it and says it is such a good weight to just throw on for a quick outing. If you have never made a wool coat before boiled wool is a great choice to start out with- the slight give to it makes setting sleeves and easing seams a joy. The pattern is Katherine Tilton for Butterick b6919 (still in print at time of writing), Mandy used our navy and aubergine boiled wool. This is fabulous

Remember!
Allow 10% shrinkage for all your washable natural fibres (including viscose). Wash before making up in the same manner as you would with subsequent washes (including drying methods).
Jerseys and fabrics liable to mis-shape should be dried flat, or in a cool tumble dryer.
Most fabrics should be pressed before cutting.
