We have two types of membership:
1. CLOTH CLUB (ECO)
By signing up to our Eco Cloth Club newsletter you will receive information on new fabrics and haberdashery along with seasonal suggestions and curated collections. For a nominal annual fee of £5 you can request up to 8 samples of any of our fabrics, linings and haberdashery and so long as you order from each selection (minimum order £10) you can request over and over again (no limit).
If on occasion you need extra samples you can always revert to our standard sampling service.
2. CLOTH CLUB (PREMIUM)
By signing up to our Premium Cloth Club newsletter you will receive information on new fabrics and haberdashery along with seasonal suggestions and curated collections. For an annual fee of £30 you can request up to 10 samples per fortnight of any of our fabrics, linings and haberdashery without the need to purchase*. As a premium Cloth Club member you will also be entitled to 10% off your first purchase of fabric per month
*There is no obligation to buy but we reserve the right to deny renewal of a subscription if the service is used excessively without purchase.
The premium cloth club subscription will start on the 1st of the following month. The 10 samples per fortnight cannot be carried over (you cannot have more than 10 samples in one go).
Sample requests can be placed by telephone, email, or post and whilst we encourage you to look through the website to find specific samples we can also help with selections if you talk to us. Samples will be sent out as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours but at busy times they may take longer.
Please note we reserve the right to change the terms and conditions. We will endeavour to make whatever changes fair and transparent but should you have any problems please contact us.
Whilst this new system favours those who have access to a computer we hope to include everyone who would like to join. If you cannot or do not want to access the web we are very happy to discuss your sampling requirements and send out accordingly. We will also do our best to keep you informed of our latest news.
